Director of eSeva Mr.Phani Kumar explained the eSeva model of integrated citizen services that are made available through the existing 33 eSeva centers. Mr.Benerjee interacted with the customers present.

The visiting dignitary was impressed about the eSeva concept and observed "I had heard about the eSeva service, it was good that I could visit the center and see it myself. Impressive, well planned and well managed.
