The 32^nd eSeva centre in Twin cities and Ranga Reddy district  was inaugurated by Sri T. Devender Goud, Hon’ble Minister for Home & Cinematography  on  Friday i.e. 04-07-2003 at Meerpet (Kapra).  This is the 1^st eSeva Center under Kapra municipal limits and 10^th eSeva Center out of the proposed 26 centers in Ranga Reddy district limits under the rollout plan for the districts in the 12 municipalties. 

The Kapra Municipal Chairman Sri Ramchandergoud, Municipal Commissioner Sri Ravi Kiran, Director eSeva Sri Phani Kumar were among those present on the occasion. 

The present eSeva center at Meerpet cover a population of 1,60,000 with 32,000 households of Kapra municipality and nearer to surrounding areas like Moulali, Indira Nagar, Laxmi Nagar, Tirumala Nagar, Mangapuram, Anandbagh, Kushaiguda etc,.
