Mr.S.S.Dawra,

Personnel, Grievance & Pensions visited
eSeva centre, Khairtabad on 07/06/2003 at
12.00PM to see the eSeva concept.
In a
demonstrative interaction with Mr.Dawra,
Director of eSeva Mr.Phani
Kumar explained the eSeva
,model of integrated citizen services that are
made available through the existing 31 eSeva
centres and the alternative media like Banks,
ATMs. Mr.Dawra also observed the live
transaction at eSeva counter and mentioned that
successful services that are in practice in one
state should be circulated to other states also
for implementation.
White
appreciating eSeva as one such successful
service, the visiting dignitary from Govt. of
India remarked in the visitors book "eSeva is
citizen friendly. This is a model which
should be followed by all the states in
India. It is a pioneering work for which
all the concerned officers and State Govt.
deserves to be
